These Terms govern the use of arqovix.com and the relationship with Arqovix S.A. as operator of a real estate crowdlending platform in the Argentine Republic. By using the site you accept these Terms.
1. Identification
Arqovix S.A., Tax ID 30-71534267-8, registered with the Inspección General de Justicia under N° 8241, Book 92, Volume A of S.A., based at Av. del Libertador 6580, Floor 12, CABA. We operate as a Crowdfunding Platform registered with the CNV under N° 041/2026.
2. Purpose
Arqovix provides a technology platform that connects individual investors with real estate developers seeking financing. We are not a banking entity nor do we manage mutual investment funds.
3. Eligibility
To invest you must be at least 18 years old, tax resident in Argentina or a compatible jurisdiction, and complete the KYC process required by current anti-money-laundering regulations.
4. Risks
Investing in property developments involves risk: construction delays, cost variations, counterparty risk, illiquidity and possible loss of the capital contributed. Published returns are estimates; the final results depend on each project.
5. Returns and distribution
When a project meets its goals, the financial result is distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution, net of operating costs disclosed in the documentation of each offering.
6. Fees
The fees applicable to each project are published upfront on the development's page. We do not charge hidden fees or account maintenance charges.
7. Acceptable use
Users agree not to manipulate information, not to use bots, not to breach the platform's security and to provide truthful information. Non-compliance authorises Arqovix to suspend or cancel the account.
8. Intellectual property
Content, brand, texts, images and software are owned by Arqovix S.A. or its licensors. Commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms following legal or service changes. The new version will be published with its effective date and, if the change is material, we will notify you by email.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Argentine law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, subject to consumer regulations that may apply.
