At Arqovix S.A. ("Arqovix", "we") we understand that entrusting personal information to a financial platform demands a serious commitment. This document explains how we handle the data we receive when you visit arqovix.com or begin a relationship with us as an investor.
1. Data controller
Arqovix S.A., Tax ID 30-71534267-8, based at Av. del Libertador 6580, Floor 12, CABA, Argentina, is the controller of the data we collect. We comply with Argentine Personal Data Protection Act 25.326 and with applicable regulations from the Comisión Nacional de Valores (CNV).
2. Data we collect
We only collect data needed to deliver the service: name, email, messages you send through the contact form, and anonymous technical data such as truncated IP address, device type and pages visited. When you start an investment process we also ask for information required by anti-money-laundering regulations.
3. Purpose of use
We use your data to answer enquiries, inform you about new property developments, comply with legal obligations, improve the platform and — if you consent — send commercial communications that you can cancel at any time.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing your data are: your consent (contact form and subscriptions), the performance of a contract (when you participate in a project), legal obligations applicable to the financial sector and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure.
5. Who we share data with
We share data with technical providers operating under confidentiality agreements (hosting in Argentina and the European Union, payment processors, analytics tools configured under consent mode). We do not sell personal data to third parties under any circumstance.
6. International transfers
If we transfer data outside Argentina we do so only to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses that guarantee safeguards equivalent to those set by Act 25.326.
7. Retention
We retain contact data for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. Investment-related data is kept for 10 years, in line with registration and tax obligations.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition to the processing of your data by writing to privacy@arqovix.com. You may also file a complaint with the Argentine Information Access Agency.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access control, continuous monitoring and yearly audits.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. We will publish the new version at this same URL and, if the change is material, we will let you know by email.
